Easy check-in and check-out. The room and bathroom was clean. I would stay here again.

Well, where do I start. Checked in and got our room assignment. Walked in to check everything out. First thing I noticed was no TV remote. When I called to ask the front desk for another remote the young man said “Are you the room who called about a bad smell and food left in a refrigerator?” This should have been my first clue.
I responded no that I needed a remote for the TV. His response was “I have been looking for those and have not found any yet but if I find one I will bring it to you.
Second, the room was an ADA room and had the bars in the shower, however the step from the main room into the bathroom had a gap that if you were NOT aware of or did not notice you will trip.
The pool was green and unusable.
Noticed a piece of gum or candy the size of a nickel pressed into the picture on the wall.
We were so tired that we didn’t not notice the picture or we would have demanded a new room.
I am very very shocked at the room and facility overall. Will not recommend this hotel.
